Welcome to Palm Beach Atlantic University, a comprehensive Christian university with an enrollment of 3,500 students. Palm Beach Atlantic provides a variety of opportunities for students to grow and mature in their faith, both inside the classroom, under the guidance of top-notch professors, and outside, with a range of activities, from solemn to exhilarating.

Academics

With more than 51 undergraduate programs, Palm Beach Atlantic likely has a major to interest you in the areas of:

  • English, Humanities and the Sciences
  • Business
  • Communication, Film, Journalism and Theatre
  • Education and Behavioral Studies
  • Ministry
  • Music, Dance, Graphic Design and Art
  • Nursing

PBA also offers master’s degree programs in business administration, leadership and counseling psychology in addition to a professional degree in pharmacy. To help working adults complete college, the University also offers evening and online courses.

Campus & Facilities

Palm Beach Atlantic offers excellent, modern facilities on a 27-acre campus in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach and only minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. PBA’s urban location puts beaches, restaurants and shopping within easy walking or bicycling distance. West Palm Beach offers unparalleled opportunities for internships and part-time jobs. With the temperature usually in the 70s or 80s, students enjoy outdoor activities year-round. PBA’s Orlando campus caters to the needs for working adults, offering bachelor’s and master’s level degree programs at night.

Lifestyle

At PBA, you’ll meet friends whose values and beliefs are similar to yours and establish friendships that will last a lifetime. You’ll also build friendships with fellow students whose diverse perspectives will challenge you as you develop lifelong values.

If your beliefs lead you to do something to make a difference in your world, PBA’s Workship program can show you how. Workship links work to worship and service to learning by requiring students to spend at least 45 hours each year in community service, either individually or in group projects. It is designed to instill the value of service and the importance of a Christian’s responsibility to help others; it also helps students develop leadership and problem-solving skills.

Cost

Don’t be fooled by the “sticker price.” Nearly 90 percent of undergraduate students qualify for some form of financial aid – scholarships, grants, loans or work-study programs. Financial aid packages are calculated on the difference between a family’s ability to pay and the cost of the college: that means as the cost of the college rises, so does the financial aid. PBA may be more affordable than you think. The only way to know for sure is to apply.
